The Support Service for Students with Disabilities and/or Specific Educational Support Needs (SEN) of the University of Castilla-La Mancha has the function of providing care to all those students of the regional University with some kind of disability, whether physical, sensory, or with a chronic illness that affects their studies.
This action is within the framework of the rights that Article 49 of our Constitution recognizes to all citizens and that the Law 13/1982 of Social Integration of People with Disabilities establishes under the principles of normalization and integration of people with disabilities in all areas of life.
The Faculty of Pharmacy has the relevant facilities with respect to access to the building, there are no stairs and the doors are of sufficient size. The building has two elevators for mobility between floors. In addition, there are three parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility.
The classrooms allow the movement of tables and chairs without difficulty, and the laboratories have stools with wheels that facilitate the development of the sessions for students with mobility difficulties.
