FIRST YEAR STUDENTS
The enrolment period for direct enrolment degrees will remain open between 18 June and 30 September.
The pre-enrolment and enrolment deadlines for the rest of the degrees are as indicated below:

ENROLMENT
Students of second and subsequent years qualified in JUNE: 19 June - 11 September
Students of second and subsequent years qualified in JULY: 17 July - 11 September
PLACES FOR MANAGING ENROLMENT
In general, in the academic year 2024/25, ALL UCLM students will formalise their self-enrolment online, starting on the day and time of the assigned appointment. This includes new students and students in their second and subsequent years.
In case of doubt or incident, students can contact the CAMPUS ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT UNIT (UGAC), as the units in charge of the enrolment management.
APPOINTMENT
NEW STUDENTS
New students will formalise their auto-enrolment for the 2024-25 academic year online, starting on the day and time of their assigned enrolment appointment, within the dates established for each of the deadlines.
The enrolment appointment can be consulted:
- When you go to consult the pre-enrolment results.
- On the pre-enrolment appointment application
- By calling 926 295 300
SECOND AND SUBSEQUENT YEAR STUDENTS
For second and subsequent year students, the registration appointment is the date and time from which students can formalise their auto-enrolment through the website.
The previous enrolment appointment will be available for consultation here:
- Students qualified in JUNE: from 18st June (from 14:00 h)
- Students qualified in JULY: from 16th July (from 14:00 h)
You will be able to formalise Auto-enrolment from the day and time you are assigned an appointment until 11 September.
