FOR INITIATING STUDIES
• First-year students can access the enrollment documentation through the virtual enrollment package. The enrollment documentation includes information and forms to be completed, such as the pre-registration form, which contains information about the study program and the desired subjects for enrollment.
Photocopy of ID card or NIE/passport, if the student is not a Spanish national.
Photocopy and original document proving access to the university (EvAU card, entrance exams for individuals over 25, 40 or 45 years old, university degree, vocational training certificate).
• If you plan to combine studies, you must provide an academic certification proving that you have completed at least 60 credits from the ongoing studies.
• If you come from another university district with access through EvAU, you will need to provide proof of payment for the Official Certification for Transfer of Academic Records.
• If you are eligible for an exemption from enrollment, provide the original and a copy of the supporting documentation. If the document justifying the exemption is still being processed at the time of enrollment, it is essential to present the receipt or proof of having requested it when formalizing the enrollment.
• IMPORTANT: Self-enrollment by new students is subject to verification of the supporting documentation by the university. In general, interested students must submit the required documentation to the Academic Management Unit of the Campus (UGAC) by September 30th.
FOR SECOND YEAR OR SUBSEQUENT YEARS
Second-year and higher-level students can access the enrollment documentation through the virtual enrollment package.
• Photocopy of ID card, only if it has been renewed in the previous academic year.
• Students transferring their academic records must present proof of having paid the transfer fees at the university where they previously studied.
• If you are eligible for an exemption from enrollment, provide the original and a copy of the supporting documentation. If the document justifying the exemption is still being processed at the time of enrollment, it is essential to present the receipt or proof of having requested it when formalizing the enrollment.
