The Polytechnic School of Cuenca (EPC) is a teaching, scientific, technological and cultural centre of the University of Castilla-La Mancha whose general aim is to be an instrument and catalyst for all scientific and technological activities in the fields of Building and Telecommunications which concern the Cuenca campus, the UCLM and the Castilla-La Mancha Region.
The EPC has strengthened its research capacity thanks to its body of highly-qualified academic staff and researchers, its material resources, and the large number of laboratories in different fields of study, including a building measuring almost 8,000 m² specifically designed for the teaching of science and technology. The School also has a new building adjacent to it measuring 3,000 m² dedicated to Research, Development and Innovation, for its research groups carry out their work.
The RDI activities of the research groups in which EPC students participate focus on four main areas, in particular Building and Telecommunications.
Recent results from research output projects together with finance data collected from the projects and contracts in which the School’s staff participate reflect their effort, dedication and commitment to RDI. Click here to view the documents mentioned in this section.
